Local Cork police officer Sergeant Healy has it in for bicycle thieves Jock and Conor, but he’s having a spot of bother when it comes to actually catching them in the act.The Young Offenders duo always seems to be one step ahead of Healy. Sergeant Healy is played by Irish actor Dominic MacHale.The Young Offenders is a 2016 Irish comedy film written, directed, and co-produced by Peter Foott.
