Father Dougal is one of the three priests living in the parochial house on Craggy Island, along with the greedy and vainglorious Ted Crilly and the violent and surly alcoholic Jack Hackett. He is the main deuteragonist in the sitcom, ‘Father Ted.’ He was played by talented Irish actor Ardal O’Hanlon.
